Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for something to start immediately or within a short notice period? We are supporting a company based in Peterborough who are recruiting for a Management Accountant to start as soon as possible, for a 15-month contract with potential to become permanent. The salary is up to 48,000 depending on your experience. This is a full time office based position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.Duties will include:Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accountsPosting journalsAssisting with VAT ReturnsAssisting with the Company''s annual internal and external auditsCompletion of various balance sheet and inter-company reconciliationsProduction of board reportsVariance analysis of costs as reflected in the PandLResponsible for the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger in the Company''s ERP systemProvide support for purchase ledger and accounts assistant duties; including bank reconciliations and processing purchase ledger invoicesTo be successful you must have a minimum of 4 years experience within a similar role, ideally you will be AAT qualified or working towards ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent.
