Management Accountant

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to take ownership of the month-end process while supporting operational and strategic decision-making across the business.Your new roleReporting into senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for the production of accurate and timely management accounts, ensuring robust financial controls and providing meaningful analysis to support business performance.Key responsibilities will include:Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentaryPosting and reviewing month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments, payroll and overheadsCompletion of balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of strong financial controlsCash flow reporting, forecasting and oversight of payment processesProduction of weekly financial and operational reportsSupporting budgeting, forecasting and business planning activitiesProviding analysis to support operational and commercial decision-makingAssisting with year-end audit requirements and ad-hoc finance projectsBuilding strong relationships with operational stakeholders across the businessWhat you''ll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and organised finance professional with strong technical accounting skills and ..... full job details .....
