This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation offering hybrid work, strong team support, and exposure to business partnering and strategic finance.Your new roleAs a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial management and reporting of the organisation, working closely with senior finance colleagues and budget holders across the business.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentarySupporting the budgeting and forecasting process, working with departmental managersProviding financial insight to support decision-making and operational performancePartnering with non-finance stakeholders to improve understanding of financial performanceMonitoring financial performance against budgets and highlighting risks and opportunitiesSupporting year-end accounts and audit processesAssisting with regulatory reporting and compliance requirementsMaintaining accurate financial records and supporting schedulesIdentifying opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and systemsWhat you''ll need to ..... full job details .....
