What you''ll need to succeedYou will need proven experience working as a Management Accountant, ideally within a manufacturing or similarly fast-paced environment. You''ll bring strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, practical insights that support decision-making. A confident communicator, you''ll be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders as well as non-finance teams across the business. You''ll also be highly organised, proactive in your approach, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic setting.
