Management Accountant

Your new company I am currently working with a specialist property investment company, looking to hire a Management Accountant. In this role you will report straight to the Director, it is a great opportunity to add value and be exposed to senior leadership. Your new role Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include:Oversee multi-entity invoicing, payments, and bank managementManage accounting systems, reconciliations, and creditor reportingMaintain deal ledgers, financial summaries, and project reportingCoordinate with external accountants and statutory submissionsMonitor cash flow, intercompany transfers, and funding requirementsEnsure rental income collection and general operational administrationWhat you''ll need to succeed You''ll be a fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with property experience. Ideally you will have industry experience within the property sector. You must be immediately available or on short notice.What you''ll get in return A competitive salary of 60,000 - 65,000.
