Management Accountant

Your new companyI''m currently working with an exciting property management business with a diverse UK-wide portfolio of residential and commercial assets. They are looking to appoint a recently qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation and play a key role in supporting financial performance across a varied property portfolio.Your new roleWorking closely with the Senior Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:Preparing monthly management accounts for a portfolio of properties and entitiesProducing budget, forecast and variance analysis reportsReviewing and posting month-end journals, accruals and prepaymentsPreparing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepanciesMonitoring service charge income and expenditureAssisting with annual budgets and forecastsSupporting year-end audit processes and statutory reporting requirementsProducing cash flow forecasts and reporting on key financial metricsPartnering with operational and property management teamsIdentifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controlsSupporting ad hoc finance projects as requiredWhat you''ll need to succeedYou''ll be a newly Qualified Management Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with industry experience in the property industry.
