Your new role

As Management Accountant, you''ll take ownership of monthly financial reporting, management accounts production, balance sheet reconciliations and business performance analysis. Working closely with senior finance leaders and operational stakeholders, you''ll provide meaningful insight that helps drive revenue growth, profitability and informed decision-making.

This is far more than a traditional month-end role. You''ll be partnering with key stakeholders across the business, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and helping improve reporting processes as the organisation continues to grow.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and controls
• Commercial analysis and performance reporting
• Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
• Supporting audit and financial governance
• Continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems

What you''ll need to succeed

To be successful, you''ll have previous experience in a Management Accountant position with strong month-end and balance sheet expertise.You''ll ideally be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving commercial environment.

You''ll also possess:

• Strong management accounting experience
• Excellent balance sheet reconciliation skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence communicating with non-finance stakeholders
• A proactive and commercially focused mindset
• Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge
