Management Accountant

Your new company Your new company is a leader in their field based in Crewe and are looking for a fully qualified ACCA/ CIMA Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.Your new role Produce monthly management accounts within agreed deadlines.Prepare and analyse profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.Lead month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, journals, and reconciliations.Deliver detailed variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.Partner with operational and production teams to monitor performance and drive efficiencies.Analyse manufacturing costs, stock movements, labour utilisation, and overhead absorption.Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.Maintain and improve financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.Assist with year-end audit requirements and statutory reporting.Provide commercial insight and recommendations to support decision making across the business.Contribute to continuous improvement projects and finance transformation initiatives.What you''ll need to succeed CIMA/ ACCA qualifiedPrevious experience in a similar roleGood working use of Excel/ general systems usagePro-solving abilitiesProactive, organised with excellent communication skillsManufacturing experience desirableWhat you''ll get in return 50,00025 days holiday + BHDiscretionary company bonusAE PensionDISHealth insuranceWhat you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, ..... full job details .....
