This organisation has enjoyed significant growth in recent years and operates across multiple divisions, offering a varied and commercially focused accounting role within a supportive and collaborative environment. Following an initial onboarding period, hybrid working will be available.Your new roleAs Management Accountant, you will play a key role in the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing valuable insights to support business decision-making.Key responsibilities will include:Preparation and review of monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheet reconciliations across multiple business divisions.Supporting budgeting, forecasting and quarterly reforecast processes.Producing meaningful management information and financial analysis for budget holders and senior management.Monitoring revenue streams and ensuring accurate allocation of costs.Identifying and implementing improvements to finance processes, reporting and controls.Supporting statutory audit requirements and maintaining strong financial governance.Preparing financial reports and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.Reviewing financial performance, identifying trends and making recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.Working closely with operational ..... full job details .....
