Management Accountant

Title: Management AccountantLocation: South London (100% office based)Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) + benefits and study supportOur client is a leading software group with a growing international presence and a strong reputation for innovation within the technology sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team in South London, reporting directly to the CFO.Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting packsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisSupport month-end and year-end close processesMaintain balance sheet reconciliations and oversee accruals/prepaymentsPartner with operational teams to provide financial insight and support decision makingAssist with cash flow reporting and financial analysisSupport process improvements and ongoing finance projectsLiaise with external auditors and support statutory reporting requirementsCandidate Requirements:Fully qualified or part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMAPrevious experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance roleStrong understanding of month-end reporting and core finance processesExperience working within a fast-paced commercial environmentGood Excel skills and familiarity with finance systemsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsOrganised, proactive, and keen to develop within a growing ..... full job details .....
