Management AccountantLocation: Leicester Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 DOE Contract: 15-Month Fixed-Term Contract Working Pattern: Hybrid Sector: Established UK BusinessThe OpportunityHamilton Woods Associates are working exclusively with a well-established and growing UK business to recruit a Management Accountant on a 15-month fixed-term contract.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a well-structured finance function and play a key role in delivering accurate management information, supporting month-end reporting and providing meaningful financial insight to the wider business.The role would suit an experienced Management Accountant who enjoys working closely with operational stakeholders and wants a position that offers genuine exposure beyond simply producing the numbers.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.Take ownership of key balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial integrity across the business.Support the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines and reporting requirements are consistently achieved.Analyse financial performance, identifying key variances, trends, risks and opportunities.Produce detailed variance analysis and provide commentary to support management reporting.Support the budgeting and forecasting process.Assist with cash flow forecasting and wider financial planning.Work closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to understand business ..... full job details .....
