Management Accountant

Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a management accounting to working with a rapidly growing manufacturing business based in Smethwick. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review accounts.Month-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and recharges. Production of monthly management accounts, reporting, and variance analysis. Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. Develop and enhance management reporting packs, taking ownership of assigned areas. Support group cashflow forecasting and financial planning. Produce and analyse operational KPIs relating to stock, scrap, and yield performance. Provide financial insight to support manufacturing and operational decision-making. RequirementsQualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar role. Strong knowledge of manufacturing Advanced Excel skills with excellent attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret financial data. Motivated, ambitious, and keen to develop within a growing business.
