The organisation operates a collaborative, down-to-earth culture and offers flexible working arrangements alongside an excellent benefits package.The RoleReporting into the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of the month-end management accounts process while providing insightful reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.This role offers strong exposure across the finance function and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a growing business.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction of monthly management accounts, including PandL and balance sheetPosting journals and ensuring accuracy of financial dataWeekly reporting and production of flash reports with clear insightsSupporting the preparation of annual budgets in collaboration with stakeholdersMonthly balance sheet reconciliationsPreparation and submission of quarterly VAT returnsWeekly cash flow forecastingPurchase ledger duties, including invoice processing and payment runsResponding to payroll-related queriesIdentifying and driving process and ..... full job details .....
