We''re seeking a proactive and commercially minded Management Accountant to join a growing business and play a key role in delivering high quality financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Working closely with the team, you''ll act as a trusted finance business partner, providing valuable insight to support operational performance, cost control, and strategic decision making across the site. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, including full PandL, balance sheet reporting, and variance analysis. Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting. Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including regular re-forecasts and detailed variance commentary. Produce cash flow forecasts and reporting. Deliver operational and financial performance reports to support business decision making. Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals, and depreciation calculations. Act as a key finance contact for operational teams, providing financial support and guidance across the business. Support payroll accounting processes and ensure accurate monthly payroll reporting.
