We-are-currently-recruiting-for-a-Management-Accountant-position-with-a-growing-and-ambitious-business-in-Birmingham.-This-is-an-excellent-opportunity-for-a-finalist-or-recently-qualified-accountant-from-a-small-or-mid-sized-accountancy-practice-who-is-keen-to-broaden-their-commercial-experience-and-gain-exposure-to-a-fast-paced-industry-environment.

This-role-offers-far-more-than-traditional-month-end-reporting.-You''ll-work-closely-with-senior-stakeholders-across-the-business-and,-over-time,-gain-exposure-to-acquisitions,-integrations-and-M&A-activity,-making-it-an-ideal-opportunity-for-someone-looking-to-accelerate-their-career.

Ideally-you-will:

• Be-ACA,-ACCA-or-CIMA-qualified,-or-in-the-final-stages-of-qualification
• Have-experience-working-within-a-small-or-medium-sized-accountancy-practice
• Have-exposure-to-preparing/producing-management-accounts
• Be-looking-to-make-your-first-move-from-practice-into-industry
• Have-strong-communication-skills-and-the-confidence-to-work-with-stakeholders-across-the-business
• Be-commercially-minded-and-keen-to-develop-beyond-traditional-accounting-responsibilities
