Management Accountant

Location: Cambridge, United Kingdom Salary: £39,640 Contract period: Permanent Start date: As soon as possible Fauna and Flora are seeking a Management Accountant to join our UK-based Finance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant who is interested in developing a career in charity finance. Working as part of the Finance Business Partnering team, you will gain exposure to a broad portfolio covering Programmes, Fundraising, Communications, the CEO Office and Operations, providing a unique opportunity to understand how finance supports different parts of the organisation. The role combines management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and donor finance, while working closely with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders across the organisation. It would suit someone who enjoys working with people as well as numbers and is looking to broaden their experience, build an understanding of charity finance and develop towards a Finance Business Partner role in the future. We are looking for a proactive finance professional with proven accounting skills, excellent attention to detail and a desire to learn.
