The Role Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will work closely with Directors, operational managers, and the fundraising team to monitor funding streams, prepare audit-ready financial statements, and support the ongoing improvement of finance processes and systems.
