This hands-on role is focused on delivering accurate management accounts, supporting month-end close, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works efficiently, and can immediately add value.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.Assist with budget monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis.Support month-end close and financial reporting processes.Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and insights as required.Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and financial policies.Contribute to process improvements within the finance function where appropriate.Person SpecificationQualifications:Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).Experience:Proven experience in hands-on management accounting within a medium-to-large business.Comfortable managing tight deadlines and working independently.Strong analytical and numerical skills with high ..... full job details .....
