Management Accountant

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis for a well-established and growing £12m manufacturing business in Barnsley. The company looking to appoint an experienced Management Accountant to take ownership of the site''s financial reporting and play a key role in supporting operational and commercial performance. This is a broad and commercially focused Management Accountant position, offering genuine ownership of the site''s finance function and close interaction with the operational team. You will take ownership of the PandL, produce the monthly management accounts and provide meaningful financial insight to operational stakeholders. A key part of the role will be challenging performance, analysing variances and helping the manufacturing team understand the financial impact of their decisions. You will also lead a small team of two and be responsible for reporting the site''s financial performance through to Group Head Office.
