This is a 9-month fixed term contract opportunity, ideal for a qualified finance professional looking to play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting business decision-making, and ensuring the smooth running of the finance function.This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly management accounts, including detailed analytical commentaryMaintaining accruals, prepayments, fixed asset register, and costing analysisPosting journals and maintaining the journal logManaging sales and purchase ledgers, including reconciliationsProcessing cash book postings and overseeing daily banking activitiesGenerating payment runs and completing supplier statement and invoice reconciliationsProducing balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations with clear analysis and actionsSupporting the budgeting and forecasting processPreparing and monitoring daily cashflowActing as a key point of contact for finance-related queries across the businessAssisting with year-end audit processes and responding to auditor queriesConducting detailed debtor and creditor reviews ..... full job details .....
