MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Work with relevant budget holders to produce the three main pillars of the annual budget cycle (budget setting, regular budget monitoring, and accounts closing) accurately, to timetable and with clear audit trails of workings, across capital and revenue.
