Reporting into senior finance leadership, you''ll play a key role in producing accurate, timely management accounts and providing insightful analysis that drives strategic decision-making across the organisation.What you''ll be doingPreparing monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet and cash flowBudgeting, forecasting and variance analysis with meaningful commentarySupporting the month-end close process and maintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliationsPartnering with non-finance stakeholders to deliver financial insight and challenge costsContributing to process improvement and finance transformation initiatives The successful Management Accountant will:Be qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) - QBE candidates with relevant experience also consideredHave proven experience in a management accounts or similar finance roleHave strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systemsHave excellent communication skills - able to present financial data clearly to non-finance audiencesHave a proactive, analytical mindset with a keen eye ..... full job details .....
