You''ll be working closely with senior stakeholders, translating financial data into meaningful insight that drives real commercial decisions - all within a fast-paced, creative environment where no two months look the same.The Role As Management Accountant, you''ll take the lead on the full monthly management accounts cycle and provide the financial intelligence the business needs to grow and remain profitable. Key responsibilities include:Preparing monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet and variance analysisProducing accurate, timely financial reports and commentary for senior stakeholdersSupporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow managementDelivering project and client profitability analysis to inform commercial decisionsManaging month-end and year-end close processesAssisting with VAT returns and statutory complianceOverseeing accounts payable/receivable and reconciliationsIdentifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controlsWhat We''re Looking ForPart-qualified or fully qualified accountant - ACCA, CIMA or AATSolid management accounting experience, ideally within an agency, ..... full job details .....
