The Role This is a hands-on Management Accountant position responsible for producing accurate and timely management accounts, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring robust financial controls across multiple sites. Working closely with the Head of Finance and operational managers, you will play a key role in providing financial insight, monitoring performance, and supporting informed business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary Lead month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Produce budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections across multiple sites Monitor financial performance against budget, highlighting risks, trends, and opportunities Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls Prepare and analyse key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs) Support the annual budgeting and business planning cycles Assist with statutory audit requirements and year-end reporting activities Ensure compliance with financial policies, ..... full job details .....
