Management Accountant

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a well-established and respected business based in Lincoln. This is a key role within the finance team, offering variety, visibility, and the chance to make a real impact across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly management accounts-
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage prepayments, accruals and prepayments
• Support financial controls, compliance, and process improvements
• Assist with the preparation of VAT returns
• Contributing to year-end reporting and audit preparation
• Providing insight to support strategic and commercial decision-making

• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Experience in producing management accounts-
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage across departments
• Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
