Management Accountant

This Management Accountant role in the FMCG industry focuses on delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting business decisions through detailed analysis. The position is based in London and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Please note - This will be a Hybrid Role upon successfully passing probation. In the first instance, 5 days per week in the office. After, 4 days in the office and 1 from home.

Description
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making and budgeting processes.
- Assist with forecasting and variance analysis across departments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing required documentation.
- Maintain and improve financial systems and processes for efficiency.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis as required by senior management.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification or relevant degree in Accounting & Finance.
- Experience within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- An ability to work collaboratively across departments while meeting deadlines.
