Description

• Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
• Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow and provide recommendations for financial optimisation.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors.
• Support cost control initiatives and provide insight into cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial processes align with business objectives.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification or working towards one (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
