Management Accountant

We''re looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual to take ownership of key financial processes, support strategic decision-making, and drive performance across the business - all from our clients on-site office.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts with accurate variance analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Business partnering with operational teams to provide financial insight and cost analysis.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial reporting systems.
• Support with audits, compliance, and year-end processes.
• Identify and drive process improvements across the finance function.

About You

• Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years'' experience in a management accounting or financial analysis role.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced on-site environment.
