Description

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, forecast performance, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Analyse variances and trends to identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to support financial planning and strategy.
• Manage cash flow and provide projections to ensure financial stability.
• Assist in year-end processes, including audits and statutory accounts preparation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and implement process improvements where necessary.

Profile

The successful Management Accountant should have:

• ACCA or CIMA Part Qualified.
• Proven experience in management accounting within a similar industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial compliance and reporting standards.
