Our client, a well-established and growing [industry/sector] business, is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded finance professional to play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.

• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives.

• Assisting with year-end processes and liaison with external auditors.

• Partnering with department heads to provide financial analysis and advice.

• Identifying process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Skills & Requirements:

• Part-qualified in (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or QBE.

• Strong management accounting experience within a commercial environment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
