Management Accountant

We are recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established and growing multinational business based in South Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful organisation with a strong finance function, working closely with an experienced Financial Controller and taking ownership of a broad range of management accounting responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial performance, providing accurate reporting, and contributing to business decision-making within a fast-paced commercial environment. Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts. Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes. Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Producing financial reports and performance analysis. Assisting with year-end and audit requirements. Supporting business units with financial insight and decision-making. Maintaining strong financial controls and processes. Working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders. About You Part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience (ACCA, CIMA, ACA). Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability. Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business. Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment. What''s on Offer?
