Management Accountant

We are recruiting for an experienced-Management Accountant-to join a well-established and growing multinational business based in South Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful organisation with a strong finance function, working closely with an experienced Financial Controller and taking ownership of a broad range of management accounting responsibilities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial performance, providing accurate reporting, and contributing to business decision-making within a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes.
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Producing financial reports and performance analysis.
• Assisting with year-end and audit requirements.
• Supporting business units with financial insight and decision-making.
• Maintaining strong financial controls and processes.
• Working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders.

About You

• Part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business.
• Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
