This opportunity is ideal for a part-qualified or newly qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) finance professional who is looking to play a key, forward-thinking role within a dynamic finance function. Working closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders, you will provide meaningful commercial insight and support strategic decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple entities, including: Profit and loss analysis Balance sheet reviews and reconciliations Key metric reporting and supporting schedules Analysis of financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing clear commercial insights and actionable recommendations Monitoring and controlling costs, identifying efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities Reviewing client profitability, highlighting margin performance and supporting commercial reporting Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with department heads Conducting regular financial review meetings with department managers to ensure alignment with budget and strategic objectives Weekly review of creditors and WIP, escalating issues to the CFO or partners as required Supporting external audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations Preparing monthly/quarterly VAT returns and ..... full job details .....
