As the business grows both organically and through acquisition, they are looking to appoint an experienced Management Accountant to strengthen the finance function and play a key role in supporting the wider business. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accountant who enjoys working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of the management accounting process while gaining exposure to acquisitions and business growth. The Role Reporting to the senior finance team, you will take responsibility for the production of accurate and insightful management accounts, providing key financial information to support decision-making across the business. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing monthly management accounts and associated reporting packs. Producing detailed PandL analysis, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis. Providing meaningful commentary and insight into financial performance. Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. Working closely with operational and commercial teams to understand business performance. Investigating variances and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and financial control.
