Management Accountant

CMA Recruitment is supporting a global specialist in industrial machinery manufacturing, focused on designing and delivering complex processing equipment and solutions for large-scale manufacturing environments.This is a varied and hands-on role where you''ll play a key part in the finance function, working closely with the Finance Director and wider team.What will the interim Management Accountant role involve?Preparing accurate and timely monthly management accountsCompleting and reviewing detailed balance sheet reconciliations, including prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, stock, WIP, debtors, creditors, bank, intercompany balances and customer advancesProducing KPI reporting packs for senior management to support decision-makingReviewing key provisions such as stock, warranty and bad debtsAssisting with budgeting and forecasting processesLiaising with external auditors and supporting both interim and year-end audit processesMonitoring overheads and tracking financial performance against budgetsMaintaining the fixed asset register, including depreciation calculations and reconciliationsSuitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:A recognised qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA, or be qualified by experienceStrong Excel skills and confidence working with dataSound analytical ability with excellent attention to detailExperience using SAP or a similar ERP systemThe ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholdersA hands-on, ..... full job details .....
