Management Accountant

CMA Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing organisation based on the outskirts of Basingstoke who are seeking cover for a maternity contract. You will ideally be available to start in August and would be familiar with SAP. If you would like to work within a friendly team on a hybrid basis we would like to hear from you.What will the Management Accountant role involve? Costing and Budget Management: Conduct regular cost runs, variance analysis, and support budgeting by maintaining accurate data in SAP and monitoring performance against targets.SAP Financial Processes and Reconciliations: Manage budget entries, ensure accurate expense coding, perform account reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies in line with financial procedures.New Material Costing and Financial Analysis: Collaborate with supply chain and product teams to cost new materials and assess the financial impact of changes and new product introductions.Month-End and Project Support: Assist with journal entries, reporting, and financial data analysis during month-end close; contribute to cross-functional projects with financial insights.
