Management Accountant - CIMA/ ACCA / ACA - Fully qualified- Software - Central London - Hybrid About the Role Our client, a rapidly expanding and market leading software platform is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to play a central role in driving their financial planning, reporting, and operational efficiency as they enter their next stage of growth. This is a hybrid role based three days per week in their Central London office and two days per week working from home. The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise with commercial acumen, delivering accurate financial insights that empower strategic decision-making across the business. Reporting directly to the senior finance leadership team, you will take ownership of the month-end management accounts, rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and business partnering across commercial and operational departments. Main responsibilities Management Reporting and Month-End Close: Owning the end-to-end month-end process, preparing detailed monthly management accounts (PandL, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow), accompanied by high-quality variance analysis and commentary. Budgeting and Rolling Forecasts: Leading the annual budgeting cycle and updating quarterly rolling financial forecasts, collaborating with business heads to align financial targets with strategic objectives.
