Management Accountant

BRD Search is working with a growing multi-site organisation that is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for either a studier or newly qualified accountant looking to step into a broad and visible role within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders and senior stakeholders, supporting financial performance, delivering insightful analysis and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.The RoleThis position offers a varied mix of management accounting, financial analysis and business partnering responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting month-end processes, strengthening financial controls and helping operational teams make informed commercial decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reportingProduce detailed analysis of income, costs and profitability across service areasIdentify trends, risks and opportunities through financial performance reviewsPrepare and post month-end journals including accruals and prepaymentsComplete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances in a timely mannerBuild effective relationships with operational stakeholders and department leadersProvide meaningful financial insight to support business decision-makingSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesAbout YouYou will be a motivated and ..... full job details .....
