Working within a supportive and professional finance team, you will play a key role in leading the management accounts process, improving financial reporting, and helping to professionalise operations as the business continues to expand. The Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts across a multi-site group, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and insight. The business currently operates over 30 sites and has ambitious plans to double in size over the next five to six years through a mix of organic growth and acquisitions.
