This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a growing manufacturing business. You''ll play a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving product costing, enhancing margin visibility and supporting strategic business decisions while bringing management accounts in-house. The position will also support future system improvements, including a potential move from Sage 50 to Sage 200.

We''re looking for someone who has:

• Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG or process manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of management accounts, product costing, stock accounting and margin analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience preparing or contributing to monthly management accounts
• The ability to work closely with operational teams and influence commercial decisions
• A proactive, hands on approach with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly
• ACCA, CIMA or ICAS qualifications (desirable)
• Experience with Sage 50, Sage 200 or ERP systems (desirable)
