Management Accountant

This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in management accounting, especially within the technology sector. As part of a thriving private organisation, you will play a key role in shaping the financial future of the company through accurate forecasting and budgeting. We re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to this dynamic environment. Assist in preparing consolidated Group Management Accounts and Board Reports for stakeholders inside and outside the business. You ll help paint the full financial picture Prepare detailed management reports to support decision-making across departments. Oversee and improve forecasting models to ensure accuracy and timely updates. Lead the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to align financial goals. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions. Analyse financial data to identify trends and inform strategic planning. Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.
