This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing finance team in a varied role with exposure to senior stakeholders, process improvement initiatives, and genuine career development.Key responsibilities include:Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts and group reportingBudgeting, forecasting and variance analysisProducing insightful overhead reporting and supporting key stakeholders with financial performanceBalance sheet reconciliations and month-end closeMaintaining robust financial controls and identifying process improvementsSupporting Finance Business Partners and cost centre managers with commercial insightAssisting with treasury, tax and audit requirementsSupporting business change projects, systems improvements and finance transformation initiativesMentoring junior team members and providing technical support where requiredThe CandidateACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 1-3 years'' post-qualified experienceStrong management accounting, reporting and forecasting experienceExcellent analytical skills with strong attention to detailConfident communicating with stakeholders across the businessPrevious team leadership or mentoring experience is desirable but not essentialProactive mindset with a passion for continuous ..... full job details .....
