Management Accountant

We are looking for a proactive Management Accountant to join a growing finance team, working closely with the Finance Director to deliver accurate financial reporting, provide commercial insight and support the continued development of the finance function.

This is a varied role offering exposure across management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys adding value beyond the numbers.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Complete month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Produce weekly cashflow forecasts and monitor financial performance.
• Reconcile Sage ledgers and ensure financial accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.
• Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insight and support business decisions.
• Assist with business improvement projects and provide support to junior finance team members where required.

You will have previous management accounting experience, strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. You''ll be confident working with stakeholders across the business and enjoy identifying ways to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
