This role is 5 days a week in the office and pays £55,000 + bonus. Working in a busy accounts team of 7, you will be in a key position liaising with Commercial Managers, Senior Stakeholders and Project Managers to ensure robust financial control. As an experienced and qualified Management Accountant, you will be responsible for: Preparing, posting and reviewing monthly journals Delivering month-end processes Monthly management accounts Preparing and submitting VAT returns Balance sheet reconciliations Supporting the external audit process, liaising with auditors and providing the required information Supporting the budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting Conducting variance analysis on overheads and identifying key trends and cost drivers The ideal candidate will be CIMA or ACCA fully qualified. Further experience with Sage 200 (or similar) and good MS Excel skills will be highly desirable.
