Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will be responsible for supporting the month-end close process, producing accurate financial information, and helping to lead a small finance team.As a Management Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing meaningful financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Support the Financial Controller with the monthly management accounts and month-end close processPrepare accurate and timely management reporting across the GroupDeliver detailed variance analysis and financial commentaryAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reportingSupport year-end audit activities and statutory reporting requirementsEnsure robust financial controls and procedures are maintainedSupervise, mentor, and support the development of a small finance teamPartner with operational managers to provide commercial and financial insightIdentify opportunities to improve processes and drive ..... full job details .....
