The benefits: Salary of £38,000-£45,000 dependent on experience Hybrid working - one day per week from home 26 days'' holiday plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Excellent career development opportunities Collaborative and supportive working environment The role: Take ownership of the month-end close and associated journals Prepare and manage weekly and monthly profit and loss statements Manage the sales ledger, invoice queries, credit control and intercompany billing Oversee inventory reconciliations and review stock-count results Analyse financial performance and recommend process improvements Partner with production teams to identify cost savings and operational efficiencies Develop labour standards for new production items and review existing bills of materials Support strategic financial planning and wider business-improvement projects About you: Experienced in management accounting, financial reporting and analysis Ideally studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA Manufacturing accounting experience would be a strong advantage ..... full job details .....
