Management Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join a Colchester based business on a permanent basis. This is a fast paced role, offering plenty of scope for growth. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Analyse financial performance and provide commercial insights Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain financial controls Support year-end audit and statutory reporting processes Monitor costs and identify opportunities for efficiency savings Work closely with operational teams and senior management Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations Key skills:Part-qualified or qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA Previous experience in a management accounting role Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload Please contact Amy at Agilis for more information. ..... full job details .....
