Management Accountant

Adele Carr Recruitment - Management Accountant. We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team on a fixed term basis starting ASAP. You will be working within a small and friendly finance team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts and reports. Complete month-end journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations. Analyse variances against budget and forecast. Support budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow reporting. Provide financial insight and support to managers across the business. Assist with year-end accounts and audit. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls. About You Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent experience. Previous management accounting experience. Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge. Analytical, organised and commercially focused. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
