Management Accountant

Adele Carr Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an SME organisation on the Wirral, who are keen to appoint a proven Management Accountant to their growing team.Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a pivot role bringing much needed financial support and stability to the business, managing the day to day.The successful new appointment will join this national organisation and take full ownership for producing management accounts. This is an autonomous, hands-on role, giving you the responsibility to produce financial reports for the senior management team that will support strategic decision making. The ideal applicant will be a solid all-round accountant who is qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), with a keen eye for detail, who is familiar to working within an SME environment, were initiative, enthusiasm and adaptability are key character traits to getting the work done. Applicants who are actively studying or are at finalist level, (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), will be considered. The Management Accountant will be responsible for:Providing quality financial support, advice and guidance to the Finance Director and various stakeholdersAs the number 2 in finance, you will produce monthly management accounts with commentary and cash flow forecastStakeholder management, business partnering with various non-finance budget holders and third partiesProvide support, training and development to the teamAssist with annual budgeting preparation Assist with year-end accounts and external audit, ..... full job details .....
