This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who can quickly integrate into the team, take ownership of financial reporting, and support business decision-making through accurate and timely management information. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly management accounts Variance analysis and commentary Budgeting and forecasting support Balance sheet reconciliations Month-end reporting and journal entries Cash flow monitoring and reporting Assisting with annual audits and compliance requirements Producing financial reports and analysis for senior management Identifying opportunities for process improvements within the finance function About You: Qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) Previous Management Accountant experience is essential Strong analytical and reporting skills Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Available to start within the next two weeks What''s on Offer?
